The role involves identifying the right prospects, initiating conversations, and setting up introductory meetings for the Sales team. This position reports to Sales leadership and collaborates closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations. Requirements

  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable using data tools and AI-assisted research platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT/Claude) for prospect identification and qualification.
  • Genuine curiosity about people, problems, and business operations.
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent follow-up.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies for prospecting.
  • Team player who contributes meaningfully and improves team dynamics.
  • Must be able to work from home during core US business hours.
  • Must be located in the United States and legally eligible to work.
  • Ability to fulfill job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to travel for an all-company meeting and potentially for team or project meetings once or twice per year.

  • Experience using a CRM or sales engagement tools.
  • Background in outbound communication, customer support, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Dig into research to understand best prospects and their potential interest.
  • Initiate outreach via email, phone, and professional networking platforms.
  • Ask questions to uncover needs and determine prospect fit.
  • Schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Follow defined processes for a consistent prospect experience and suggest improvements.
  • Engage in continuous learning through coaching, feedback, and conversations.
