About The Position

YuJa, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative Lead to join their team. This role involves discovering training needs, providing coaching, and motivating the team to achieve monthly targets. The Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance, and report metrics to the VP of Sales. Responsibilities also include prospecting and developing a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, scheduling online demonstrations, and partnering with Account Executives. The role requires using Salesforce CRM, participating in regular training, and offers opportunities for career advancement into a closing role for strong performers.

Requirements

  • At least 1-year experience in similar leadership role
  • Experience with outbound cold-outreach
  • A deep interest in performance-based roles
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
  • A capacity and history of setting and achieving measurable goals
  • Ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals and to work well under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem solving, time management, and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Provide daily objectives and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Suggest and coordinate team building activities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain documentation.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics to the VP of Sales.
  • Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to relevant individuals and organizations.
  • Schedule qualified, online demonstrations on a consistent basis, with monthly bonuses awarded for exceeding your goals.
  • Partner with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information.
  • Participate in regular training on Sales, CRM, Target Markets, Product Knowledge, and more.
  • Participate in company projects that support efficient company growth.
