The Role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative II (SDR II) to play a critical role in accelerating pipeline generation and supporting revenue growth. As a more experienced member of the SDR team, you will be responsible for engaging both inbound and outbound prospects, qualifying opportunities, and consistently delivering high-quality pipeline to quota-carrying sales representatives. This role requires a strong ability to execute consultative outreach, identify customer needs, and influence buying interest. Based in our Solera office in Westlake, Texas, you will also serve as a mentor to junior SDRs and contribute to continuous improvement of outreach strategies and processes.
