The Sales Development Lead is responsible for building and elevating Strada’s global Sales Development function in support of enterprise pipeline growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating structure, rigor, and accountability across a distributed SDR/BDR team operating in North America and Europe/UK. Key responsibilities include establishing best practices for inbound and outbound prospecting, standardizing qualification and performance metrics, coaching and developing team members, strengthening cadence discipline and pipeline hygiene, and driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to revenue goals. The role will also partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute targeted campaigns, improve lead quality and follow-up, manage SDR playbooks, and optimize the use of sales development tools, data, and reporting.
