About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator to support its Sales Development department. The role ensures the dealership website accurately reflects available inventory and that unit photos are current and professional. The administrator also handles customer interactions and transactions with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Results-driven and motivated for sales.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage responsibilities effectively through time management to reach goals.
Ability to multitask while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Prior CRM experience and strong computer skills.
May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

Nice To Haves

Internet Sales, Business Development, or Telemarketing experience.
Previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

Set and record or track RV sales appointments in the CRM.
Accurately record prospective customers’ information.
Monitor response times for incoming leads.
Maintain knowledge of digital marketing activities and campaigns.
Follow the scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call accepted or made.
Schedule additional follow-up based on customer contact, log notes, and make appropriate customer stage changes.
Ensure the website accurately shows inventory and that available units have current, professional photos.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Development department.
