About The Position

DCH Honda of Temecula, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an experienced Sales Desk Manager to lead, develop, and inspire its sales team. The role manages sales staff activities to help achieve sales targets and customer-service standards, and is responsible for staff training and development. The Sales Desk Manager reports to the General Manager. This is a performance-driven position with a California salary range of $10,000 to $16,000 per month. Compensation may include short- and/or long-term incentives, including commissions based on Department Net and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Net PVR, and Product Penetration. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, with final compensation determined through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (required).
Previous work history leading a high-performing sales team (required).
Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
Acceptable driving record.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
