Sales Designer/ Home Organization
About The Position
Closet Factory is a leader in custom home organization solutions, serving clients for over 30 years. Due to significant growth from partnerships with Costco, Motor Trend, and Builders, we are expanding our Tampa-based sales team. This is a rare opportunity to join our next training program. As a Sales Designer, you will consult with clients in their homes or our showroom to create custom closet, home office, entertainment system, pantry, or garage solutions. You will work with clients eager for our products to meet their organizational needs. Our strong brand and market position will contribute to your success, and your dedication to personal development will ensure sustained and upwardly trending success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Sales Experience
- Trainable/Coachable
- Basic Computer Skills
- Reliable vehicle to meet with clients
- Must live within the Greater Tampa Bay Area
Nice To Haves
- Home Improvement Related Sales Experience
- Previous CAD experience
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their home or our showroom to provide a design consultation.
- Create custom closet, home office, entertainment system, pantry, or garage systems for clients.
- Work with clients to solve their organizational needs.
