This role is a full-time, hybrid role that may sit at one of our Fulton Bank locations within our five state footprint. Travel of up to 50% is required to support in-market engagement with leaders and sales teams across the organization. This role supports the execution of sales strategies and sales effectiveness initiatives across Fulton Private Bank, Treasury Management, Retirement Services, and other partner lines of business. This role works directly with the line of business leadership to ensure execution of sales strategy and improved sales effectiveness within that specific line of business. This role serves as a key liaison between the business, sales enablement, product, marketing, relationship managers and learning & development, and technical teams regarding roll-out and adoption of new products, marketing campaigns, calling campaigns, technology, training gaps, etc. The overall objective is to ensure consistent sales execution. In order to be effective on the role, the individual must have a strong understanding of the daily function of sales team members within the line of business and experience executing the sales strategy within that line of business.
