Requirements

  • Sales-minded — You enjoy closing deals, not just answering questions
  • Confident communicator — You can simplify technical concepts and guide customers to decisions

  • Adaptable & tech-savvy — Comfortable learning CRM systems, e-commerce tools, and new platforms

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in sales, customer service, or inside sales
  • Experience with CRM systems such as NetSuite, Zoho, or similar
  • Background in phone or online sales environments
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media sales channels
  • Interest in outdoor industries, ponds, lakes, or environmental systems (a big plus)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and guide customers toward the right solutions for their ponds and lakes
  • Build trust with customers by asking the right questions and providing clear, confident recommendations
  • Convert inquiries into sales through phone, email, and online communication
  • Provide technical support and explain products in simple, practical terms
  • Document all interactions and opportunities within CRM systems (NetSuite, Zoho, or similar)
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely benefit the customer
  • Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure smooth order delivery
  • Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to grow revenue and expand customer relationships
