The Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales department and Service department by providing required packets for customers and orders, scheduling service trips and managing training program obligations. This role involves compiling and delivering As-Built folders, creating and sending burner submittals, maintaining burner manual and literature inventory, and cross-training as a Receptionist for coverage during PTO. Additionally, the coordinator will track training rosters, coordinate training class logistics, assist with quoting service trips, setting up service customers, and supporting Technical Support calls and requests.
