About The Position

At Ecotech Solar, the Sales Coordinator is the heartbeat of our Sales Team — the person who ensures every client interaction, every document, and every process is handled with consistency and care. This position is the first point of contact for every inbound inquiry. You'll create a warm, professional first impression, guide prospects through a defined intake process, and support our Sales Team with the organized, detail-oriented administrative work that keeps everything running on time. This role is built for someone who loves a clear checklist, thrives in defined workflows, and finds real meaning in being the reliable backbone of a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • A process-first mindset — you follow systems carefully and look for ways to strengthen them
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication in person, by phone, and via email
  • Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus) and standard office software
  • A calm, steady presence even on high-volume days

Responsibilities

  • Own the front lines: answer calls and emails, qualify leads, and route prospects into the sales pipeline.
  • Keep the sales machine running: contracts, HubSpot, deposits, calendars, and client folders managed with precision.
  • Support every step of the client journey: from first contact through System Tour, referral tracking, and partner gifting.
  • Keep the office clean, stocked, and ready: supplies, plants, fridges, and common areas on lock.
  • Handle the behind-the-scenes details: mail, payments, meeting coordination, and company events.
