Responsibilities

• Capture, qualify, prioritize, and convert incoming sales opportunities with urgency and precision
• Manage and optimize Comfort Specialists’ daily schedules to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Coordinate scheduling for IAQ services, duct cleaning, repairs, and installations
• Monitor and respond quickly to technician-generated purchase orders and internal communications
• Stay on top of incoming Podium messages, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
• Track sales leads and analyze closing percentages to support performance insights
• Maintain detailed and accurate account notes, job summaries, invoices, and customer records
• Support Customer Service Representatives with overflow calls when needed
• Provide administrative and ServiceTitan support to both field technicians and office staff
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team success
