About The Position

As we continue to scale one of the fastest growing apparel brands, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our wholesale sales team. This role will manage all aspects of tradeshow planning and execution as well as handling key administrative functions for the sales team. This role will work closely with the US Specialty, International and Government channel leaders as well as Marketing to coordinate tradeshows, strategic account appointments, sales meetings, and retail marketing efforts to ensure seamless execution of events, efficient sales operations and strong internal organization.

Requirements

  • Education equivalent to: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in event or tradeshow coordination, sales support or administrative roles
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across all departments
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Desire and capability to travel within the US and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all logistics for national and international tradeshows (registration, booth concept, shipping)
  • Be a key part of the Retail Marketing Team representing all wholesale sales channels supporting execution of annual plan for that team
  • Be on site for the majority of tradeshows for booth setup and teardown
  • Coordinate with marketing on booth graphics, collateral and promotional materials
  • Maintain tradeshow calendars, deadlines and budgets
  • Track success of tradeshows through lead generation, appointments, new accounts, etc.
  • Be the primary sales contact for the “cage”, maintaining inventory of all tradeshow and event collateral and keeping the area organized
  • Ship out seasonal sales assets to sales reps and distributors as well as seed and sample socks
  • Be the sales point person to enter orders into M3 for retail marketing, promo orders, and seed socks
  • Support coordination of sales meetings, strategic account visits and any other sales events
  • Administrative support for the sales team including, but not limited to scheduling, coordination of travel arrangements, managing calendars and other duties as needed
