About The Position

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure efficient execution of sales activities and exceptional client service. This role is responsible for preparing sales-related documents, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication with clients, and supporting the overall sales process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including filing, data entry, correspondence, copying, and document preparation
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, and presentation materials
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and update sales systems, databases, leads, commissions, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with gathering marketing materials, promotional collateral, and information packages for prospective clients and events
  • Support revenue generation efforts by utilizing sales processes and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Coordinate communication between clients and hotel departments to ensure successful execution of group and event business
  • Answer questions regarding hotel services, accommodations, amenities, promotions, and event offerings
  • Prepare, review, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other business documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support operational goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
