About The Position

Hotel Vin Rogers is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support its Sales & Marketing team as they prepare to open one of Northwest Arkansas' newest lifestyle hotels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys supporting a high-performing sales team, and understands the Marriott way of doing business. As the Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the department operates efficiently while delivering outstanding service to our clients and internal partners. Previous Marriott hotel sales experience is required. There's something special about opening a hotel. You'll help establish the culture, build relationships, create processes, and contribute to an unforgettable guest experience from day one. Requirements

  • Previous Marriott hotel sales experience.
  • Proficient with Marriott sales systems, including CI/TY, MGS, and related Marriott platforms.
  • Experience supporting a hotel sales team.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum two years of hotel sales coordinator or hotel administrative experience.
  • Experience with Marriott systems, including CI/TY and MGS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work some evenings or weekends as business needs require.
