About The Position
We are seeking skilled and passionate Cooks to join the opening culinary team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection. You’ll help prepare high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to consistency, creativity, and elevated dining experiences. Opening a hotel is a rare opportunity—one that doesn't come around often. As a member of our opening team, you'll help shape the culture, establish our service standards, and create the experiences that will define Hotel Vin Rogers from the very first guest. Requirements
- Culinary or kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
