About The Position
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection. In this role, you’ll help ensure the hotel is fully operational, safe, and well-maintained by performing routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding to guest and operational needs quickly and efficiently. Opening a hotel is a rare opportunity—one that doesn't come around often. As a member of our opening team, you'll help shape the culture, establish our service standards, and create the experiences that will define Hotel Vin Rogers from the very first guest. Requirements
- Previous maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and reliability.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Performing general maintenance and repairs across the hotel.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Supporting guest comfort and operational efficiency.
- Working independently and solving problems quickly.
