The Sales Coordinator will support the sales department by responding to general telephone, email, and mail inquiries. This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs, and an enthusiastic desire to achieve the highest levels of quality in all hotel areas. The Sales Coordinator will handle a high volume of incoming calls, prepare customer correspondence such as contracts and proposals, manage mail distribution, perform photocopying, prepare reports, and send faxes. Additionally, the role involves assisting with special projects, maintaining filing systems, managing schedules for appointments, travel, and meetings, acting as a liaison with other departments, and maintaining a professional environment. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for creating and maintaining accounts, bookings, and events.
