About The Position

JLL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their Brokerage Operations team in the Spokane office. This role will provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers, engaging in administrative, financial, marketing, and operational functions. The position offers a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive environment with exposure to various aspects of the business by partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance, and other coordinators to contribute to the overall success of the office.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience supporting multiple people, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new software and JLL’s in-house platforms.
  • Experienced with Adobe InDesign.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Gather market research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets.
  • Prepare deal documents including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal letters, leasing status reports, and customer/prospect correspondence.
  • Update and maintain the company's Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
  • Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower.
  • Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions.
  • Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.
  • Assist and participate in planning for industry functions, client events, and open houses.
  • Collect and process deal file paperwork.
  • Calculate, generate, and send invoices utilizing JLL's accounting platform.
  • Track and process broker expense reports according to the JLL T&E policy.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room setup, office maintenance, broker IT support, making travel arrangements, and front desk coverage.
