About The Position

The ALDO Group, a company specializing in stylish and accessible footwear, handbags, and accessories, has been operating for over 50 years with more than 1,500 stores across 100+ countries. They manage signature brands ALDO and Call It Spring, and serve as the core footwear partner for Sperry in North America. Additionally, the ALDO Group is a recognized wholesale licensed partner, handling design, sourcing, and distribution for fashion footwear, handbags, and accessories for brands like ROXY, Brooks Brothers, Ted Baker, Hunter, and G.H.BASS. The company has its head office in Montreal and international offices in Europe and Asia. This Sales Coordinator role is integral to supporting the sales team by managing key sales documents, assisting with seasonal go-to-market activities, coordinating customer sample requests, facilitating daily communication with various internal and external stakeholders, and tracking revenue projections and forecasts to ensure sales targets are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, wholesale, or a similar coordination role.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all key sales documents (sales & inventory reports, sample trackers, line sheets, costing files, and customer POs).
  • Support seasonal go‑to‑market activities, including calendar planning, travel coordination, and sales presentation preparation.
  • Coordinate customer sample requests and ensure timely delivery across all accounts.
  • Handle day‑to‑day communication with customers, Product Development, Order Management, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track revenue projections and seasonal forecasts to help the team meet sales targets and support alignment in the consensus process.
