Rubbercraft (RCC) is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support customer accounts from initial quotation through order fulfillment and delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting sales growth and operational excellence. The Sales Coordinator partners cross-functionally with engineering, quality, manufacturing, accounting, and sales teams to meet customer requirements, resolve issues, and support account expansion opportunities. This position requires a strong balance of customer service, organizational skills, transactional accuracy, and proactive sales support, with a strong emphasis on effective Salesforce utilization and account management.
