About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Full Time Sales Coordinator for The Riverside Senior Living at Maumelle. This role involves creating human connection with potential residents and their families, accurately entering lead information into a database, and providing necessary information about senior living options. The Sales Coordinator will strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, follow-ups, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are cataloged. A key aspect of the role is providing exceptional experiences during tours and community events.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Ability to apply practical problem-solving skills.
  • Criminally cleared.
  • In good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Good physical health verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.

Responsibilities

  • Create human connection with potential residents and family members.
  • Enter lead information accurately and thoroughly into the database.
  • Provide leads with necessary and helpful information on senior living and next-step options.
  • Strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits.
  • Ensure all lead cultivation efforts are accurately cataloged in the lead base.
  • Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.
