Sales Coordinator, Travel Trade

About The Position

This role is an integral part of the Sales & Partnership team, supporting clients and team members. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for qualifying and managing inbound initiatives, onboarding new Travel Agencies, Agents, and Wholesalers, updating and managing marketing materials, assisting with client retention, providing customer satisfaction, handling administrative tasks, and motivating the sales staff to ensure targets are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a problem-solver, eager to learn and grow, experienced in fast-paced environments, adept at multi-tasking while delivering excellent customer service, motivated by opportunity, and desires to help shape the future of transportation in Florida.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel, cruise, travel agency sales, marketing, or account management with customer service experience
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Personable demeanor with strong verbal and communication skills
  • CRM experience, HubSpot preferred
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and managing inbound initiatives
  • Onboarding new Travel Agencies, Agents, and Wholesalers
  • Updating and managing marketing materials
  • Assisting with client retention and providing customer satisfaction
  • Handling administrative tasks
  • Motivating sales staff to ensure targets are met
  • Lead the fulfillment and execution of contracts, billing, customer service, reporting, marketing initiatives
  • Support the management of inbound process; qualifying, contacting, onboarding, customer support, and renewal
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with accounts and agents with monthly/quarterly check-ins
  • Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Revenue Management, Legal to ensure smooth business operations
  • Support outbound initiatives to help grow the Travel Trade segment
