This role is an integral part of the Sales & Partnership team, supporting clients and team members. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for qualifying and managing inbound initiatives, onboarding new Travel Agencies, Agents, and Wholesalers, updating and managing marketing materials, assisting with client retention, providing customer satisfaction, handling administrative tasks, and motivating the sales staff to ensure targets are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a problem-solver, eager to learn and grow, experienced in fast-paced environments, adept at multi-tasking while delivering excellent customer service, motivated by opportunity, and desires to help shape the future of transportation in Florida.
