This Onsite position as a Trade Coordinator in Manor, TX, offers an opportunity to make an impact in global trade and logistics. The role is key in ensuring smooth import/export operations for a leading automotive manufacturer. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years in customs and international trade.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems.
  • English required.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Spanish language skills a plus.
  • CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments.
  • Support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings.
  • Validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain PTA records.
  • Assist with CTPAT training and security validations.
  • Oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality.
