Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus, but we’ll train motivated candidates!
- Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-through skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong closing skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete background and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers on the lot with confidence and professionalism.
- Showcase vehicle features through engaging demonstrations and test drives.
- Assist customers with financing options and sales applications.
- Follow up with sales leads from multiple sources to drive results.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ensure the lot is organized and vehicles are showcased to attract buyers.
