Requirements

- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Successfully complete pre-employment screening

Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to understand their needs, budget, and style.
- Lead test drives and highlight vehicle features and tech.
- Present pricing, incentives, and financing options.
- Negotiate confidently and build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
- Accurately complete sales documentation and coordinate with the Finance & Insurance team.
- Participate in manufacturing training, sharpen skills, and achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
