You will be the first impression and the closer, guiding patients through their consultation while keeping the office vibe vibrant and smooth. You will use your personality, confidence, and natural communication skills to build trust instantly, navigate objections with grace, articulate value, and close the deal. No dental experience is required; if you have the right attitude, adaptability, and hunger to learn, our world-class training program will teach you the rest.
Requirements
- Must be a RUSSIAN & ENGLISH speaker.
- High empathy and ability to read body language.
- Confident discussing money, motivated by goals/bonuses, and have a healthy competitive spirit.
- Resilient and maintain an optimistic, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Highly adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Desire for a clear path to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and connect with patients the moment they walk in, bringing infectious positive energy.
- Lead consultations and explain treatment benefits clearly, tailoring your approach to each unique patient.
- Present financial and payment options with transparency and conviction.
- Handle objections with resilience and empathy, helping patients feel comfortable saying YES.
- Maintain organized scheduling, showing agility when the day gets fast-paced.
- Practice excellent teamwork, collaborating closely with doctors and clinical staff to deliver a seamless experience.
