No dental experience is required; if you have the right attitude, adaptability, and hunger to learn, our world-class training program will teach you the rest.
Requirements
- Multilingual: Spanish, Russian & English speaker
- Expert Communicator: You love talking to people, possess high empathy, and can read body language like a book.
- Natural Closer: You’re confident discussing money, motivated by goals/bonuses, and have a healthy competitive spirit.

- Experienced in Service/Sales: You’ve worked in retail, hospitality, fitness sales, or similar customer-facing roles where personality is everything.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and connect with patients the moment they walk in, bringing infectious positive energy.
- Lead consultations and explain treatment benefits clearly, tailoring your approach to each unique patient.
- Present financial and payment options with transparency and conviction.
- Handle objections with resilience and empathy, helping patients feel comfortable saying YES.
- Maintain organized scheduling, showing agility when the day gets fast-paced.
- Practice excellent teamwork, collaborating closely with doctors and clinical staff to deliver a seamless experience.
