About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers who are fluent in multiple languages to provide high-quality care and support to clients. The ability to communicate in more than one language ensures that clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable in their daily lives. Requirements

Proven experience as a caregiver or healthcare aide.
Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, including English and at least one other language
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience and empathy.
Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and safety protocols.
Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance or ADLs.
Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language to build trust and rapport.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
