Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) — bilingual English/Mandarin strongly preferred
- Prior caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a client-first attitude
- Ability to work a flexible Mon–Sun schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check and reference verification
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and their families to ensure comfort and understanding
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene routines
- Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Assist with medication reminders and mobility support as needed
- Work flexible shifts across a Monday–Sunday schedule to meet client needs
