Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a memorable, professional first impression
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing experience from introduction to delivery
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations that showcase value
- Manage inbound leads and follow up with customers to create repeat and referral business
- Maintain expert knowledge of Honda products, dealership inventory, incentives, and promotions
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
