Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year automotive sales experience REQUIRED
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and closing ratios
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Professional presence, positive attitude, coachable and team-oriented
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on retention
  • Competitive and goal-oriented with a drive to be a top performer
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Identify customer needs through effective discovery and product matching
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and features
  • Guide customers through a proven sales process to successfully close deals
  • Deliver vehicles and ensure full understanding of features, warranties, and paperwork
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Stay up-to-date on inventory, pricing, and competitive models
  • Help customers find the right vehicle by understanding their needs
