About The Position

INFINITI of Mobile, part of the Joe Bullard Automotive family, is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join its sales team in Mobile, Alabama. Sales Consultants help customers find vehicles suited to their needs, preferences, and budgets, drawing on an expansive selection of new and pre-owned vehicles across the Joe Bullard Automotive family. The role emphasizes relationship-building, excellent customer service, teamwork, and learning the dealership’s products, inventory, and sales processes. Automotive sales experience is not required; applicants with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or other relationship-driven industries are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle selection, demonstration, and purchasing process.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop repeat and referral business.
• Learn the dealership’s products, inventory, and sales processes.
• Work closely with teammates and management to achieve individual and dealership goals.
