About The Position

Infiniti of Sarasota is looking for an automotive sales professional who will establish positive relationships with our valued clients and treat them with honesty and respect. We are a local, family-owned and operated organization that cares about our community. Previous auto sales experience is preferred, especially with new cars and/or luxury vehicles, but not required. We care more about your drive, your attitude, and your willingness to learn than your work experience. New sales associates receive training pay/guarantee for 12 weeks. We offer a competitive commission-against-draw pay structure with outstanding earning potential. The dealership provides company-paid factory training. We are closed on Sundays, with rotating evenings (closing at 6pm during the week and 5pm on Saturday). Full-time benefits are available, including medical and other insurance, 401k, and more. Paid vacation is available after 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Selling new and used vehicles by appointment and to walk-in prospects.
  • Assisting customers throughout every stage of their auto purchase to ensure they find the vehicle that is right for them.
  • Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs in a new or used vehicle.
  • Conducting walk-arounds with customers and demonstrating automobile features.
  • Ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Conducting price negotiations on vehicles.
  • Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing first-rate customer service.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge of new products, features and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to customers.
  • Attending product and sales training courses paid for and provided by the dealership at no cost to you.
  • Complying with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
