About The Position

Infiniti of Sarasota is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious automotive sales professional to join their team. This family-owned and operated organization emphasizes honesty, respect, and community involvement. While previous auto sales experience is preferred, the company prioritizes a strong drive, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. The role involves establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process. The company offers a comprehensive training program for new associates, including training pay/guarantee for the first 12 weeks and company-paid factory training. The work environment is fast-paced, with rotating evening hours and closed on Sundays. Expected pay is between $60,000 and $100,000.

Responsibilities

  • Selling new and used vehicles by appointment and to walk-in prospects.
  • Assisting customers throughout every stage of their auto purchase.
  • Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs in a new or used vehicle.
  • Conducting walk-arounds with customers and demonstrating automobile features.
  • Ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Conducting price negotiations on vehicles.
  • Providing first-rate customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge of new products, features, and accessories and explaining their benefits to customers.
  • Attending product and sales training courses.
  • Complying with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
