The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The consultant engages customers, determines their needs, and provides information for informed buying decisions. They maintain current product knowledge, stay aware of promotions, and adhere to selling skills training. Collaboration with the Service Department for seamless delivery is key. The role also involves maintaining showroom presentation, generating and managing leads in a CRM tool, participating in special events, and accurately completing sales paperwork. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals is a requirement.
