The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The consultant engages customers entering the department, meets with potential customers to determine their boating and/or ATV needs, and provides information to facilitate informed buying decisions. Maintaining current product knowledge through available resources, staying aware of advertised items, pricing, and promotions, and adhering to selling skills training are key aspects of the role. Collaboration with the Service Department for seamless delivery and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information are also essential. Daily preparation of the showroom, including signage and product presentation, is required, with ongoing maintenance of product integrity and cleanliness throughout the day. The role involves generating and managing leads in a CRM tool, accurately completing sales paperwork, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. A clean and professional work area and adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures are expected, along with performing other assigned duties.
