The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The consultant engages customers entering the department, determines their boating and/or ATV needs, and provides information for informed buying decisions. They maintain current product knowledge, stay aware of advertised items, pricing, and promotions, and adhere to selling skills training. Collaboration with the Service Department ensures seamless delivery to the customer. The role also involves maintaining confidentiality, preparing the showroom daily, and ensuring product cleanliness and presentation. Generating and managing leads in a CRM tool, participating in special events like Boat Shows, and accurately completing paperwork are key responsibilities. The consultant must meet and exceed predetermined monthly sales goals and adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
