The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The consultant engages customers, determines their boating and ATV needs, and provides information for informed buying decisions. They maintain current product knowledge, stay aware of promotions, and adhere to selling skills training. Collaboration with the Service Department ensures seamless delivery. The role involves preparing the showroom, maintaining product integrity and cleanliness, and generating/managing leads in a CRM tool. Participation in special events and accurate completion of paperwork are also key responsibilities. The consultant must meet and exceed monthly sales goals and maintain a clean work area, following all company policies and procedures.
