Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with customers and create a welcoming, no-pressure experience.
- Learn about each customer's lifestyle and help them find the right Subaru for their needs.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection, demonstration, and purchasing process.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Build repeat and referral business by earning trust—not by simply making a sale.
- Use dealership technology and CRM tools to manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up.
- Work closely with the sales, service, parts, and finance teams to create a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in dealership and community events.
- Represent the Kocourek Subaru and Subaru LOVE philosophy in every customer interaction.
- Continue learning about Subaru products, technology, safety features, and the automotive industry.
