Requirements
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust.
- Comfortable learning new technology and vehicle features.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a friendly and professional sales experience.
- Learn about each customer's needs, preferences, and budget.
- Help customers find the Subaru vehicle that best fits their lifestyle.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and answer customer questions.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through delivery.
- Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and referral business.
- Develop a strong understanding of Subaru models, features, technology, and available options.
- Stay informed about new products, incentives, and promotions.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, Service, and Parts departments.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow CRM processes.
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
