About The Position

MPower Direct is growing its Chicago team and is looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, take on new challenges, and develop their sales skills. No previous sales experience is required. The company provides paid training, hands-on coaching, and the support needed to get started. This is a face-to-face sales opportunity where you'll work in assigned Chicago-area neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, introduce them to our energy supplier's program, and assist interested customers through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners in assigned Chicago-area neighborhoods
• Have professional, face-to-face conversations
• Build relationships and understand customer needs
• Introduce homeowners to our energy supplier's program
• Answer questions and clearly explain the program
• Assist interested customers with the enrollment process
• Participate in daily training and coaching
• Work toward individual and team goals
