About The Position

Philadelphia residents have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. You’ll help them make a cleaner, smarter choice. This role involves meeting residents face-to-face in Philly-area neighborhoods, explaining energy efficiency programs and potential savings, and enrolling customers yourself. You will train alongside experienced leaders and mentors. This position offers base pay plus uncapped commission, paid weekly, starting with training. Average weekly earnings range from $900–$1,500, with top performers earning $2,000+. Weekend commission pays 1.5x. Transportation is provided, and drivers earn a $200/week stipend. Benefits include paid time off and $5,200 bonuses with each promotion. Working hours are weekdays from 11 AM to 8 PM, with no early mornings.
