Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Insurable driving record
Customer/Client facing experience
Excellent written & verbal communication
Tech-savvy- familiarity with social media, email, and other basic office programs
Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Nice To Haves

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it is not required.
0-1 year of relevant experience (Ex: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, or Restaurant/Hospitality)
Sales experience in the automotive industry

Responsibilities

Responding to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
Assisting guests in vehicle selection.
Providing industry knowledge.
Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
