Requirements

• A valid driver’s license.
• An insurable driving record.
• Customer/Client facing experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Tech-savvy- familiarity with social media, email, and other basic office programs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

• 0-1 year of relevant experience (Ex: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, or Restaurant/Hospitality).
• Sales experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Responding to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
• Assisting guests in vehicle selection.
• Providing industry knowledge.
• Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
