This position requires proficiency in working with CRM systems and close collaboration with salespeople daily. The role involves assisting in the planning, organizing, and controlling of sales activities, including managing sales volume, desking deals, advertising, evaluating lease and purchase transactions, managing stock levels, and handling the disposal of non-retail vehicles. The manager will also be responsible for display and merchandising, as well as hiring, training, and motivating salespersons. The ideal candidate will be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, believe in the team concept, portray a positive attitude, and display effective leadership skills.
