About The Position

Kings Mazda, part of the reputable Kenwood Dealer Group, is seeking a Vehicle Sales Manager. This position requires proficiency in working with CRM systems and close collaboration with salespeople daily. The role involves assisting in the planning, organizing, and controlling of sales activities, including managing sales volume, desking deals, advertising, evaluating lease and purchase transactions, managing stock levels, and handling the disposal of non-retail vehicles. The manager will also be responsible for display and merchandising, as well as hiring, training, and motivating salespersons. The ideal candidate will be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, believe in the team concept, portray a positive attitude, and display effective leadership skills. Requirements

  • 3+ years as a recent Vehicle Sales Manager OR 2+ years of recent F&I experience
  • Proficient in working in the CRM
  • Proven track record in sales and CSI
  • Good math skills
  • Good communication skills
  • High school graduate
  • Satisfactory employment references
  • Pass background check
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be organized
  • Must take initiative
  • Must act with integrity
  • Must believe in the team concept
  • Must portray a positive attitude
  • Must display effective leadership skills
