Our team values transparency, professionalism, and collaboration across Service and Sales. The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist is a key player in connecting our Service and Sales departments. You’ll provide customers with complimentary CarFax reports and real-time vehicle valuations, ensuring a smooth and professional acquisition process that enhances the customer experience.

  • Experience in automotive sales, service, or vehicle acquisition preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and verify appointments or walk-ins.
  • Introduce customers to complimentary CarFax reports and real-time market valuations.
  • Deliver materials within 15 minutes of check-in, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist customers interested in selling or trading vehicles, coordinating with the Acquisition Manager or Sales team.
  • Maintain consistent coverage in the service lane, with at least one Specialist present at all times.
  • Confirm next-day service appointments, highlighting complimentary CarFax and valuations.
  • Prepare reports and valuations in advance for scheduled appointments.
  • Identify potential acquisition vehicles through vAuto and other platforms.
  • Leverage equity mining tools to find customers in positive equity positions for acquisition opportunities.
  • Provide prompt and professional delivery of all customer documents.
  • Log and escalate all acquisition opportunities to the Acquisition Manager or Used Car Manager.
  • Complete follow-up tasks accurately and on time.
