On average, our sales consultants can earn between $60K - $120K+ per year. Experienced management and supervision that includes ongoing "in house" training and support to improve your sales skills and your income. Fun team oriented work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Have a valid California Driver License with a good driving record
  • One Year Sales Experience (Preferred)
  • Be able to obtain a vehicle sales license from DMV (not required for interview)
  • Have a great attitude along with willingness to learn
  • Customer focused and be able to provide a high level of service
  • Be passionate and energetic about helping customers during the buying process
  • Have basic computer knowledge.
  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: physical / drug test and background checks / MVR

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Look at all opportunities for customers considering trading in their existing vehicles.
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet sales goals.
