About The Position

Steinhafels is hiring motivated, customer-focused Sales Professionals to help customers create their dream homes. The role involves working with customers to select furniture, arrange financing, and set up final delivery. This is a full-commission sales position with uncapped income potential. During the first four pay periods of training, employees receive an additional $15 per hour on top of commissions, and sales associates may qualify for quarterly and annual bonuses. Paid training and the tools needed to succeed are provided. The position is available full-time or part-time at a retail store location, with flexible hours and work-life balance emphasized. Associates work with quality products and a service and delivery team. Benefits are offered based on eligibility.

Requirements

Positive attitude.

Comfort using computers and participating in computer training.
Availability to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends.
