Sales Consultant, $60K–$100K+ Potential
About The Position
Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals who use creativity to help customers create their dream homes. This is a full-commission position with uncapped income potential. During the first four pay periods of training, associates receive an additional $15 per hour on top of commissions. Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities are also available. Steinhafels provides paid training, tools for success, quality products, and support from its service and delivery team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available at a retail store location. The position offers flexible hours and is described as supporting work-life balance. Requirements
- Positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfort using computers and completing computer training.
- Availability to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting furniture.
- Assist customers with arranging financing.
- Help customers set up final delivery.
